On Location followed up from Time’s Up and it’s funny because the filmmakers and stars of both ended up being intricately connected.
Writer/Director Jeff Seemann and I had connected previously on Twitter and one day he asked if he could potentially use my holiday images of Hostel’s shooting locations for a new project he was working on. He said it’s something I’d be interested in and so I looked forward to hearing more.
It later transpired that the project – titled On Location – was to be produced by Felissa Rose and Damian Maffei (also starring) and L.C Holt is one of the leads! The film also features Hannah Fierman and Chaney Morrow in starring roles. Chaney played the Ghost villain alongside Damian’s Devil in Haunt and both Chaney and Hannah would go onto star in Time’s Up as well as newcomer Kate Kiddo (who impressed everyone so much with her strong performance for On Location, they just had to have her).
So there’s a real family feel to both Time’s Up and On Location and for me, that helped my decision to get on board as an Executive Producer, plus the concept, while not entirely slasherific, was something I simply adored. It was too good an opportunity to pass up.
So, boom….my 2nd feature credit!
